Life Coaching for High-Achieving Christian Women

Success doesn't have to come with striving.
And achievement was never meant to cost you yourself.

RenewedHER™ is for the high-achieving woman who looks composed on the outside but is quietly worn down by pressure, performance, and the weight of carrying everything. We help you rediscover who you are in Christ.

The Quiet Distance

Successful on paper. Disconnected in spirit.

You’re capable, dependable, and trusted. People rely on you, and more often than not, you meet the moment. From the outside, it looks like success. Yet there comes a point when success no longer feels as satisfying as it once did—not because anything is wrong, but because responsibility and achievement were never meant to carry the weight of your identity. Somewhere along the way, what began as meaningful work became intertwined with your sense of worth, and a quiet distance opened between who you are in the world and who you are when no one is watching. The responsibilities remain, but so does the question underneath them:

Who am I apart from all that I do?

Success cannot tell you who you are. It cannot carry the weight of your identity. RenewedHER™ exists for the moment that question becomes undeniable, and you are ready to return to the woman God established long before any of this began.

The Work

Two ways this work shows up — privately, and in the rooms you lead.

Most of what we do is with one woman, one season, held carefully. The rest is built for the organizations, teams, and ministries that depend on women like her.

For the Woman

Private Coaching

One woman. One season. Held carefully.

Private 1:1 coaching for the high-achieving woman who has stopped recognizing herself underneath the responsibilities. We meet in unhurried conversation, name what these years have asked of you, and rebuild your identity on Christ rather than performance — so you can lead, serve, and succeed without losing yourself in the process.

For the Rooms She Leads

Organizational Engagements

For the rooms that depend on her.

Keynotes, workshops, and tailored engagements for organizations, ministries, and teams ready to stop losing their best women to striving, over-responsibility, and quiet burnout. We bring the same faith-centered, identity-rooted work into the rooms where she is asked to carry the most.

Pathways

Three pathways. One return.

Each is built for a specific season, and a specific weight.

01

HER Reset™

For the woman holding it together in public.

A focused short-form engagement for the woman who is composed in every room and quietly worn at home. Over a defined number of private sessions, we name what you have been carrying, release what is not yours, and help you return to a deeper sense of peace, clarity, and alignment with who God created you to be.

02

HER Reckoning™ Intensive

For the woman who arrived, and found herself missing.

A deeper, longer engagement for the woman standing inside the life she prayed for and unsure of who she has become. We do the slow, honest work of helping you return to the woman underneath the responsibilities, expectations, and achievements — so you can move through life with greater clarity, peace, and confidence in who God created you to be.

03

Organizational Engagements

For the organizations, ministries, and teams she leads.

Custom keynotes, workshops, and ongoing engagements designed for organizations ready to stop losing their best women to striving, over-responsibility, and quiet burnout. We bring identity-centered, faith-grounded work into the room — not as a wellness add-on, but as the foundation under leadership that lasts.

The Method

The H.E.R. Framework™

Honor. Exchange. Rooted. — three movements of return.

Movement 01

Honor

Name what you’ve carried.

We begin with the truth of what these years have asked of you — without shame, without performance.

Movement 02

Exchange

Set down what isn’t yours.

Trade the identity built on output for the one rooted in Christ. Stop proving. Start receiving.

Movement 03

Rooted

Lead from steady ground.

Decide, lead, and succeed from peace rather than pressure — and stay there.

Why RenewedHER™

i.Your identity is the work.

Most coaching focuses on goals, habits, performance, or strategy. Those things matter. But if the woman underneath them is exhausted, disconnected, or unsure of who she is apart from what she produces, no amount of achievement will bring lasting peace.

We begin there.

ii.Christ is the foundation.

Not a theme. Not a talking point. Biblical truth and your relationship with God are the ground beneath every conversation. We are not trying to help you become a better version of yourself. We are helping you return to the One who made you.

iii.It serves the woman and the places she leads.

Some of this work happens privately, one conversation at a time. Some of it happens inside organizations, ministries, and teams.

Because the woman who carries the vision matters just as much as the vision itself.

VI

The Beginning

A clear, considered beginning.

In Her Own Words

“Working with Chantell has been one of the best decisions I have made in quite some time. I can truly say it has been transformational. She has a gift for creating a safe space where you can be honest, vulnerable, and fully seen.”

The Founder

Meet Chantell — Certified Christian Life Coach.

For nearly two decades, I worked in leadership roles across federal government, higher education, and corporate environments. I thrived in high-pressure settings, managed complex responsibilities, led teams, and built a career that looked successful from the outside.

I became known for being dependable, capable, and the one who could handle the difficult things. But behind the accomplishments, my work had become too much of my identity. I measured my value by what I could accomplish, solve, or carry — and while my faith remained important to me, my relationship with God often took a back seat to the demands of work, responsibility, and achievement.

Eventually, I was forced to confront a truth that changed the direction of my life: success cannot carry the weight of your identity. Only Christ can.

That realization began a process of rebuilding my life from a different foundation — one rooted not in performance or external validation, but in God’s truth about who I am. Today, that journey shapes the work I do with women every day.

As a Certified Christian Life Coach, I bring both professional insight and personal understanding to every coaching relationship. Our work is faith-centered, practical, and deeply reflective — held privately, paced unhurriedly, and honored with the same caliber of care as the life you are restoring.

A Quiet Beginning

An Instrument of Self-Inquiry

The Hidden Cost Assessment™

A short, private reflection — about fifteen minutes — designed to surface where striving, performance, and over-responsibility have quietly pulled you away from what matters most: your peace, your sense of self, and your rest. The results give you language for what you are carrying and a clear sense of what to do next.

Take The Hidden Cost Assessment™

In Closing

Success was never meant to cost you the woman you were called to be.

If you have been carrying the weight of responsibility for so long that you can no longer remember what life feels like without it, this work offers a different way forward — private, unhurried, and rooted in Christ.

Because identity is not achieved. It is received.
